Markus studied Software Engineering and Internet Computing at the Technical University of Vienna.

During his masters degree he dealt a lot with machine learning and automatic music recommendation. He also worked as a software developer at an IT services company. There he developed web applications for different customer projects and could learn more about modern web technologies.

At ecosio Markus works in the Web Application Team and can bring in his knowledge to help with the further development of the existing web applications.

He likes to spend his holidays going on backpacking trips to far away countries.
