Each model helps partners expand their service offering, support compliance requirements, and create new revenue opportunities.

What does the onboarding process look like?

The onboarding process usually starts with a discovery call to understand the partner’s business model, target customers, and preferred partnership type. ecosio then aligns on the commercial framework, technical requirements, responsibilities, and go-to-market opportunities. After the partner agreement is signed, partners receive access to enablement materials, technical guidance, sales support, and relevant onboarding sessions.

Which kind of technical support do partners get?

Partners receive technical support from ecosio’s integration and partner teams. Depending on the partnership model, this can include technical workshops, integration guidance, mapping support, testing support, compliance expertise, and operational assistance.
