Valentina completed her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. During her studies she worked at an American corporation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for DACH and CEE region, before transitioning to an HR generalist.
After gaining some work experience, Valentina switched her focus back to headhunting and found employees for different SaaS companies in Europe.
Before diving into the world of EDI, Valentina also worked as an HR software consultant for one of the “big four” consulting companies.
Valentina is now a Team Lead Talent Acquisition and a happy ecosian, who enjoys travelling and spending time with her dog.
