Elena studied languages at University. Instead of becoming a translator, however, after university Elena instead accepted a much more tempting offer of becoming a conference coordinator. Following this, she moved on to marketing films for cinema release, which included organising nationwide premieres. After taking a sabbatical, Elena then worked in marketing in the hotel industry (5* of course).

After a full-time management role in the household with a growing number of children, Elena now enjoys the turmoil of a busy event and exhibition schedule at ecosio in her role as Event Manager.

The best start to her day is a quiet 15 minute yoga session before the children get up and the day rolls out.
