After finishing his Masters he joined an industrially-focused strategy consulting company. Subsequently, Gence moved into sales at MuleSoft where he was responsible for building new and emerging territories. During his time at MuleSoft, he got hands-on experience managing complex sales-cycles and executing a value-based enterprise sales methodology to Director, VP, and C-level executives. Gence has experience working with and leading cross-functional teams with the goal of entering new markets, building strategic partnerships and growing annual recurring revenues in emerging territories.
As Managing Director of ecosio UK, Gence is responsible for all regional operations and business. Besides sales and strategy, he takes care of legal and organizational matters, as well as internal accounting in the UK.
Gence spends his spare time travelling and reading. He recently became interested in contemporary art.
